Visio Icon Design

I require the development of specialist Visio shapefiles. They are to represent non vendor specific network switches and FOBOT representations to be used with architectural drawings (ie transitionary drawings from normal Visio architecture drawings to drawings acceptable for use in construction sets. I would like to be able to dynamically change the number of connectors on the shapes at the time they are placed on a drawing.

I would also like the same icons in CAD blocks for use in generic CAD programs such as ARES CAD.
