Virtual Walkthrough Home Tour

I'm looking for assistance in creating a "Matterport-like" virtual walkthrough of a new construction property. The property is still being built, so the work will need to be based on the architectural plans and features sheet attached. We will also need the work to be able to be shared by a clickable link that any user can view. (Not just in twinmotion, etc..)

The virtual walkthrough will be used to share with potential buyers. The primary goal is to provide a realistic viewing experience.

Requirements:
- Web-based application that can be shared via a clickable link
- Accurate representation based on architectural plans and features sheet

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with Matterport or similar virtual walkthrough technology
- Proficiency in creating web-based applications and virtual tours
- Attention to detail and accuracy in following architectural plans

The property is a duplex with 3 stories and we are looking to have only one side/unit completed for the tour. Attached are the actual plans and features sheet for reference.
