Virtual Assistant and Data Entry with Architectural Experience
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant with a background or experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction world.
Some of the immediate tasks might include:
- Client coordination with my team
- Working in our CRM program Pipedrive
- Minor accounting and billing tasks
- Email answering and coordination
- Drafting proposals using Word and/or InDesign
- Doing markups in Bluebeam
Future tasks might include:
- Logging data from a future survey process
- Email marketing, service TBD but leaning towards Aweber
- Project management if you have the right skills

We specialize in both professional design services such as 3d modeling, rendering, virtual reality, and CAD drawings for architects, interior designers, and contractors. We also offer software training to small business owners, professionals, and college students in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and the Adobe Suite to name a few. There are plans to add products for purchase in the future but the business is solely service-based right now.
