Vintage Metal & Glass Bourbon Rack Design

I’m seeking an experienced designer to draft an industrial-style shelving system—a bourbon rack—for a commercial beach club. This unique piece should feature a rolling ladder for easy access and align with a vintage aesthetic.
Location
-Bar Entry Room 206 – Alcove Plan North between Room 206 and Bar 202. See clouded as-built plans for reference.
Designer Qualifications
-Proven experience drafting commercial-grade plans with precise scales, detailed titles, and professional title blocks.
Key Requirements
-As-Built Redraws:
---Re-draw architectural floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, sections, millwork plans, and lighting plans based on the provided as-built attachments.
---Create an enlarged plan focusing on Room 206 (Bar Entry) and Room 202 (Bar). See "as-built" attachment for reference.
--- Millwork: Existing millwork trim to remain or be reinstalled in a similar fashion.
Bourbon Rack Design:
-Blend metal supports with glass shelves and side panels (transparent design).
-Incorporate adjustable shelves for versatility.
-Design glass doors to swing towards Bar Entry 126 with secure, lockable sections for safety.
-Rolling ladder with a top rail along the glass door side of the shelves (adjust wood header trim as necessary for the rail).
-Glass shelves to include edge-lit light fixtures; tie circuits to existing soffit lights.
Materials and Finishes (Basis of Design):
-Metal Frame: 1 ½” x 1 ½” x ¼” angle frame (reference shop drawing 05500-1-1, "Speak Easy Frame").
-Metal Finish: Antique bronze.
-Glass Shelves: ½” clear tempered glass.
-Glass Back Panel: 3/16” clear tempered (Bar 202 side).
-Glass Door Panels: Double-pane ¼” clear tempered glass with anodized bronze-finished upper and lower channels (EZ Glide).
-Door Pull: Refer to shop drawing 05500-1-1.
-Ratchet Lock: Refer to shop drawing 05500-1-1.
-Edge Lighting: KLUS KRAV 810 extrusion.
-Ladder: ¼” x 1” flat bar, custom bent to fit guide rails with felt lining to prevent scratching; treads are ½” diameter rods threaded on ends with acorn nuts.
-Ladder Rail: 1.5” diameter round antique brass with mounting brackets (refer to 05500-4 Bourbon Ladder).
Plans (24x36” Sheets):
-Sheet 1: Architectural floor plan and reflected ceiling plan.
-Sheet 2: Left and right side elevations and section cuts.
-Sheet 3: Enlarged details of metal framing connections showing material thickness.
-Sheet 4: Electric lighting adjustments: existing soffit light circuits tied to new edge lighting around glass shelves + low-voltage transformer.
