Villa design

I need architectural and structural drawings for my villa. I would like to have 2 stories one for guest and ground for ourself with 2 bedrooms at least. the land is 1000 sqm. You should keep less than half of the land for a garden. I prefer a modern style. It has a great view on one side so I'm looking for the best idea of using this part.
