Villa Redesign with Structural Engineering

please need to redesign villa to add elevator and need to help to get approval from Consultant .
we agreed with Consultant for Architectural design but he refuse Structural design
so need some one to complete with me all Structural design with no change to the building's foundations and footings
the last requirements from consultant is the following :
و علي ان يتم اعادة تقديم الرسومات و الحسابات كاملة للاعتماد.
