Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Dear Designers,
I would like to have a complete design for my Villa (Str., Arch., MEP...etc) including renders, workshop drawings and BOQ. All ready for construction.
Time frame is 20 days from the date of the project award.
Notes:
1. Structural analysis program has to be defined in advance.
2. Project portfolio is required.
3. Concept design is required.
4. Land layout & villa designated area will be indicated in a CAD file format.
5. Technical specifications of different milestones will be provided and subject to designer recommendations.
