Vector Drawing from Orthophoto – Sidewalks, Roads, and Urban Features (Nazca, Peru)

We are looking for a skilled freelancer with experience in topographic and urban mapping to create a detailed vector drawing from an orthophoto of a road and sidewalk renovation project located in Vista Alegre, Nazca – Ica, Peru.
The final drawing must be delivered in DWG format (AutoCAD) and include all visible elements in the orthophoto.
Elements to be Drawn:
Existing sidewalks
Asphalt roads
Light poles
Drainage and sewer manholes
Paved (paver block) areas
Trees and green areas
City blocks and property lot boundaries
Any other relevant visible urban features
Requirements:
Layered DWG file with organized layers by element type
Use of blocks for poles, trees, manholes, etc.
Accurate geometry based on the provided orthophoto
Prior experience in similar mapping or civil engineering projects
