Vaulted Ceiling Engineering Drawings for Residential Remodel
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I am planning a remodel of my residential house. I need a professional to create engineering drawings for the installation of a vaulted ceiling. The drawings should be suitable for a remodel of an existing house, and should take into consideration the structural integrity of the house.
Please note that I will confirm with the township if they can provide existing architectural plans. If they can, I will provide these to you. If not, I will need you to create the plans from from dimensions that I can share with you, and or visit the residence.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- knowledge of Ontario building code
- Expertise in architectural and engineering design
- Experience with residential remodels
- Ability to create detailed and precise engineering drawings
- Knowledge of structural integrity considerations for vaulted ceilings
- Good communication skills to discuss design modifications
