Urgent Room Layout Redesign

I am seeking the expertise of an architect or interior designer to redesign the layout of a room in my floor plan. The project needs to be completed ASAP. I am not sure about the specific changes yet, so I will need your expert advice on how to make the layout more efficient.

I have space in a strip mall. it is pretty much empty. I am going to change it into a pet salon. I already have the floor plan but I need it updated to include the plumbing and the electrical. I have the electrical requires in a cad format but need it updated, it is a franchise so I have to meet their standards
