Urgent Residential Wall Build
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Sadly, my Tennessee licensed Structural Engineer passed away while in the middle of a project. He designed a 12 foot tall CMU block basement wall that we have constructed several times. We didn't find out he had passed until months after this project started. I am in need of a stamped engineered drawing that I can use for my inspection. Attached are the drawings I have used for both top chord and bottom chord floor trusses. The project needs to be completed as soon as possible due to tight schedules.

**Key Requirements:**
-**Credential:** Licensed Engineer in the State of Tennessee
- **Material:** The foundation wall should be constructed using Concrete Masonry Units (CMU) for its durability and suitability for residential properties. See attachment for materials used.
- **Timeline:** Completion is urgent.
- **Skills and Experience:**
- Proficiency in working with CMU and other masonry materials.
- Strong understanding of residential building codes and regulations.
- Previous experience in engineering foundation walls for residential buildings is a must.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
**Ideal Candidate:**
The ideal candidate will be able to provide a stamped letter of engineering to match the attachment.
Candidates should be prepared to discuss a potential timeline and provide an estimate after an initial site evaluation. Ensuring the structure's integrity and long-term durability is paramount, so attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work are critical.
