I am an architect and have already completed the architectural design and plans for a residential house. I also have a moodboard and design plaquette that outlines the interior atmosphere and materials.

I am looking for a skilled architectural drafter or architect to develop the full set of technical drawings based on my concept, to be delivered in 7 days max.

1. Detailed Technical Drawings (based on my design):
• Technical floor plans with dimensions and annotations
• Wall sections & construction details (foundation, roof, wall junctions, etc.)
• Door and window schedules
• Stairs, cabinetry, and key architectural elements
2. Interior Elevations:
• Kitchen
• Bathrooms
• Bedrooms
• Living areas with built-ins and special features
• Any custom furniture pieces shown in moodboard
3. Final Deliverables:
• Full DWG folder, organized and clean
• PDF versions of all drawings
