Urgent 3D Floor Plan Design -- 2

I need a detailed, photo-realistic 3D floor-plan package for a mixed-use residential–commercial building at 145 Wolcott Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231. The assignment covers the entire building and must be completed within 3 days, so only apply if you are confident you can meet this deadline.

Scope of work
• Model every floor in 3D CAD and supply the native file plus DWG/IFC exports.
• Produce high-resolution, branded floor-plan renders (minimum 4 K) that show room labels, furniture layout, materials, lighting, and circulation paths.
• Provide at least three perspective hero views for marketing. A short fly-through or 360° panorama is a welcome bonus if it fits the schedule.

Key requirements
• Accuracy is essential—the output feeds both construction planning and marketing.
• I’ll supply existing 2D drawings and reference photos immediately after award.
• Use industry-standard tools such as Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or SketchUp so the files integrate smoothly with our consultants’ workflow.
• Final deliverables must be in my inbox no later than 72 hours from project start.
