Urgent Casita Blueprint Conversion With MEP

I have a single-story casita sketched by hand and I need it transformed into a clean, permit-ready architectural floor plan that includes full Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing details. The goal is to submit professional drawings to my bank for a construction loan, so accuracy and industry-standard formatting are essential.

The drawing must:
• Follow a standard residential MEP layout—nothing exotic, just clear duct runs, supply/return locations, typical 120/240V electrical circuits, panel schedule, fixture symbols, and a straightforward plumbing riser with venting.
• Use conventional residential materials and annotations.
• Be delivered as a PDF set suitable for lenders and as the native file (DWG or Revit, whichever you prefer) so my builder can make future edits.

I will supply the scanned floor-plan sketch plus room dimensions the moment we start; I can hop on a quick call or screenshare to clarify any notes. Timing is critical: ideally I would like a first draft asap, and the final stamped set (your professional stamp or a title block ready for my local engineer) shortly after revisions.
