Urban planning help

I am looking for someone with experience in urban planning to help me create an illustration plan for a medium-scale project, such as a city or town. The specific area of urban planning that I need assistance with is land use planning. I have existing plans and documents related to the project that I can provide. The ideal freelancer should have a strong background in urban planning, autoCad, Adobe illustrator or SketchUp and be able to create detailed and accurate illustration plans.
