Want to remove a wall to incorporate existing front porch into the living room and add a new front porch.
I have as-is and proposed remodel drawings in my architectural software. Would like to work with an engineer that will perform the structural analysis and provide structural calculations for inclusion in the drawing submittal package to the city of Miami. If you provide sketches of any structural details I can draw those in the architectural software and create the structural pages for you to review and stamp.
