Urban Clean Water Network Plan

Job ID: 39958354

Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR

I am launching an initiative to give residents of India’s growing cities reliable access to safe, drinkable water. The core of the project is a well-designed water distribution network that can scale from a pilot neighborhood to full-city coverage without compromising quality or pressure.

Scope
• Map and analyze underserved urban zones using GIS or similar tools, highlighting population density, current supply gaps, and potential pipe routing.
• Create a complete hydraulic design—sizing mains, branches, pumps, and storage—supported by EPANET or equivalent modeling.
• Produce construction-ready drawings and schematics in AutoCAD (or compatible software) plus a bill of materials with local sourcing notes.
• Develop an implementation roadmap that covers permitting, phased roll-outs, cost estimates, and long-term O&M guidelines, including water quality monitoring points.

Acceptance criteria
1. A technical report summarizing methodology, design assumptions, and model outputs.
2. CAD files and PDF drawings of the full network layout.
3. An itemized cost and timeline plan broken into milestones from pilot to city-wide completion.
4. A maintenance and quality-control checklist aligned with Indian urban water standards.

By delivering this package, you’ll equip us to move straight into funding and construction, accelerating clean water access where it’s needed most.
