Updated PDF/Drawing for Modified House Plan Layout
Budget: $50 – $70 USD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can update a PDF/drawing for a modified house plan layout. The project involves changing the layout of existing rooms, with specific measurements provided.
There are main two changes,
01. House plan total area reduced with rooms size reduction (refer the existing pdf and modified layout)
02. Staircase & Dining room position changed, due to some "Vasthu Vidya" matter.
These changes will affect structural elements of the house, such as load-bearing walls and pillars. Although, I assume those are some measurement changes from existing design parameter since the new layout main purpose is to change the house total area.
Note, that I only available PDF drawing for detail drawings ( architectural & Structural). All available PDF drawing set will provided with potential freelancers.
And I want updated PDF drawings based on the new house plan layout. ( May not need to update Door, Window, Colum Detail, Foundation Details,...)

- Proficiency in architectural design and drafting
- Experience with modifying house plans and layouts
