Update structural, electrical, water plans for house

I am building a house in Costa Rica in Puerto Viejo de Limon. I have a completed set of floor and elevation plans for a house. I also have the completed 3D rendering of each room, and therefore know where sockets, lights ect. need to be.

I now need a set of structural, electrical, water etc. plans.

I need a local Costa Rican architect, who knows the local norms, to do the plans. A need a quick turn around time.
