Update & PE Stamp Manufactured Home CAD Foundation Design

I need a CAD/Structural Engineer expert to revise my manufactured home foundation plan existing CAD file. The project involves taking the existing plan and modifying per the attached Bid Sheet. The final plan will need to bear a valid licensed Colorado, USA PE stamp - verification of Colorado PE license will be required.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Experience with manufactured home foundation design; AnchorPanel system and frost free footing design a plus.
- Knowledge of manufactured home specifications.
- Licensed Colorado, USA PE - structural engineering
- Detail-oriented.
Will not work outside of Freelancer system so don't bid if that is what you want to do.
