I have an existing floor plan for a compact 1–2-bedroom home that needs a professional refresh. The drawing is already laid out, but I now require precise edits to improve flow and usability while keeping everything compliant with local residential codes.
You’ll open the current file in AutoCAD, Chief architect x16, or any compatible CAD tool, make the agreed-upon adjustments, and return a clean, clearly dimensioned plan suitable for permit submission and contractor pricing.
Deliverables:
• Updated floor plan in native CAD format
• High-resolution PDF ready for printing
