Update DWF Residential Floorplan
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have an existing residential floorplan saved as a DWF that needs a focused round of edits. I'm looking for experience in residential floor plans, particularly for interior architecture design. The core tasks are re-working parts of the layout and adjusting several dimensions, mainly across the bedrooms, their closets, the shared bathroom, the connecting hallway, and some door positions. I will forward the current DWF along with my rough mark-ups so you can see exactly what I’d like shifted. I will bee needing exterior design as well. The general style is modern mountain.
Precise measurements for the new layout are still in flux; I’ll confirm those with you once we review your first draft, so please keep the file set up for easy tweaking. Native work in AutoCAD, Revit, or any tool that exports cleanly back to DWF is fine—just be sure layers remain intact.
Deliverables:
• Revised floorplan in editable format (DWG or RVT)
• Final DWF plus a flattened PDF for quick sharing
Once the drawing reflects the new room proportions and door placements, I’ll run a quick check and either sign off or supply one final round of minor notes.
