Update AutoCAD and Driveway / Turnaround / Grading Plan (Phase 1)

I am in need of a new driveway/turnaround/grading plan created using AutoCAD 2020 for a medium-sized project, spanning 1-5 acres. The ideal freelancer will have experience in AutoCAD and civil engineering, with a strong understanding of grading and drainage. The following tasks will need to be completed:
- Create a new driveway/turnaround/grading plan using AutoCAD 2020
- Ensure the plan meets local regulations and zoning requirements
- Provide detailed information on the grading and drainage of the site
- Incorporate any necessary changes or revisions based on feedback from the client
The freelancer should be detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively with the client throughout the project. Experience with similar projects is preferred.
