Type I Hood Installation in Kitchen

I need a professional to install a Type I restaurant hood (for grease and smoke removal) in my existing kitchen. The installation is part of a remodel, so there may be some other work going on. The hood is under 6 feet in size. As well as make new floor plans

I am looking for someone with:
