Two-Story Craftsman House Plan Creation

I am looking for a skilled drafter or architect who can create a detailed plan for a two-story, Craftsman/Modern Farmhouse style house that is intended for construction.
The successful applicant will:
• Deliver a complete set of drawings that include floor plans, sections, and elevations.
• Incorporate the unique aspects of the Craftsman/Modern Farmhouse aesthetic effectively.
• Show a strong understanding of residential construction methods and standards.
The preferred candidate would have prior experience in residential house plan creation, especially with the Craftsman or Modern Farmhouse styles. Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD or Revit is vital, as is the ability to communicate effectively through sketches, diagrams, and notations.
