Two-Storey Residential Shop Drawings
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am preparing the full construction package for a two-storey Attalah residence in the Philippines and now need a comprehensive set of shop drawings to move the project into fabrication and on-site execution. The building follows a clean, modern architectural language and will be built primarily in reinforced concrete, so I expect detailing that reflects current Philippine codes and common construction practices.
Your work will cover three coordinated disciplines:
• Electrical layout – panel schedules, circuiting, conduit routing, lighting and power plans with load calculations.
• Plumbing layout – supply and drainage isometrics, fixture connection diagrams, sizing calculations and riser diagrams adapted to local water-pressure norms.
• Structural details – footing, column, beam and slab reinforcement drawings, connection details and bar bending schedules consistent with the concrete specification.
I will supply the approved architectural plans in DWG and PDF. You will return:
1. Editable CAD files (AutoCAD 2018 or later) and synced PDFs for each sheet.
2. A brief coordination report noting any clashes, code constraints or clarifications needed before release for construction.
Accuracy, layer discipline and clear annotation are critical: dimensions must close, all elevations must align and every symbol should follow standard Philippine legends. Please tell me your timeframe and any additional information you need so we can get started immediately.
