Two Floor HVAC Split Design
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
The project covers two commercial floors totaling somewhere between 2 000 and 4 000 sq ft. I need a full split-unit HVAC design that balances comfort, efficiency, and code compliance for the following critical zones:
• Conference rooms
• Office spaces
• Lobby / reception area
Please size and select indoor and outdoor units, lay out piping and power routes, and show how each zone will be independently controlled. Heat-gain / loss calculations, equipment schedules, schematic drawings (DWG or PDF), and a brief control narrative will serve as acceptance criteria. If you normally work with HAP, Carrier software, Revit, or AutoCAD, let me know; the final drawings should be easy for the installation crew to follow and ready to submit for permit review.
