Turning KMZ files ( Google earth pathways on maps) into 2D- blueprints - Fiber Optic Network blueprints

Hi,
I am looking for a GIS /CAD designer to take my google earth pro images and pathways into a IFC (issue for construction blueprint) Must have designed telecommunication blueprints before. I have all the information the prints need to state in a google earth pro kmz file. I am asking for that file to be re-formatted into a blueprint 2D deliverable
- Examples attached of end deliverable needed in the white blueprints with information on the side of the print
-job is to take the google earth picture (kmz files) and convert into a blueprint similar to the example. I can provide direction
