Turn home layout drawings into blueprints

We have designed our house with Virtual Architect 10 Software. We need the layout turned into full blueprints (foundation, electrical, plumbing, hvac, roofing, etc.) The exterior walls are going to be 12" ICF (3" foam-6" concrete-3" foam).

I would like someone that can tell me if the design has any structural flaws like span opening sizes.
