Trouble with the township. Need help
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
We have submitted a house plan to our township (Ontario Canada) but they say that there are engineer notes missing. Here is a direct quote from the township...
"I don't see an attached engineers report for everything in the house? The drawing said beam and post to be engineered, the foundation has laterally unsupported walls and the front porch cannot bear on piers."
We need this remedied so we can get our permit submitted.
