Trolley designer

I need a freelancer to to design and simulate the load bearing capacity for a trolley based on the concept ppt to be shared. 1 Day project. Should give the final specifications and dimensions in dwg and pdf. Should have knowledge of standard pipes used in India and design a cost effective solution.
