I am looking for an experienced drafter or architect who specializes in creating engineering drawings. The project entails designing a small transportable cabin that will be used as a primary residence.
Key tasks to accomplish:
- Designing a floor plan that optimizes space without compromising comfort.
- Producing comprehensive and communicative 3D sketches and 2D drawings.
- Ensuring all codes and regulations are adhered to in the design.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in architectural design for transportable residential buildings.
- High proficiency in CAD and other drafting software.
- Knowledge of building codes specific to transportable structures.
- Strong communication skills, as the project requires clear drafting for construction teams.
