Traffic Management Plan-Small Caravan Park Australia
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer to create a traffic management plan for my small caravan park in Australia. The plan is needed for both daily operations and specific events.
The specific requirements of the local council are detailed below:
Prior to the issuing of Development Approval, the applicant shall provide Council with a Traffic Management
Plan that addresses all of the following:
· Provide vehicle storage of a minimum 12m not exceeding 2.5% gradient to increase acceleration speed
· Reduce access gradient to a minimum 5% beyond 12m storage
· Seal access approximately 12 metres from the edge of the road to improve traction and prevent loose
material entering the road
· Ensure driveway width is a minimum 6m to allow simultaneous two-way traffic.
For this purpose, all access/egress points shall be constructed in accordance with Council's standard
'Commercial Rural Vehicle Crossover Pipe/Culvert' Dwg D12, dated May 2019
Refer the Amended Development Plan, it is only Stage 1 that needs to be addressed at this stage. The Development Plan has the site levels as an attachment. The internal road is to be crushed gravel, ideally the traffic management plan will specify how that is to be constructed ie materials to be used and give gps coordinates for the exacavator to follow but I might need to separate that out if it turns out to be a different skill set.
I have no idea what the market rate is, I guess I will find out if I have pitched too high or too low.
