Traditional MIL Suite Renovation

I need a 525 sq ft brick building converted into a mother-in-law suite. The suite should have a traditional layout with separate rooms.

Essential rooms include:
- Bedroom
- Bathroom
- Kitchen

I'm looking for a basic level of finishing.
