Traditional House Design
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm looking for an architect or designer to modify a purchased French Country style single floor house plan (a digital house design license was purchased and a complete set of *.dwg files were received). The first phase of this project would be to create a complete 3D model from provided purchased data and later incorporating changes by the home owner. The goal will be to develop appropriate detail drawings so that they can be provided to home builders in order to get an accurate quote.
Key Requirements:
- Design of a medium-sized home (3-4 bedrooms)
- Expertise in house design and architecture
Please note, some specific key features have been determined already but additional modifications are very likely to be added. Experience in designing homes with these features will be a plus.
