We are looking to hire a freelance interior designer for a 4-bedroom independent residential house. Architectural floor plans are already available, and we need a designer who can convert them into functional, aesthetic, and practical interiors.

Project Scope

Interior design for a multi-floor 4BHK residential house

Space planning & layout optimization

Concept design and theme selection

3D visualizations / renders for key areas

Furniture, lighting, material & color selection

Modular kitchen, wardrobes, TV units, and storage planning

False ceiling and lighting layout

Basic working drawings (if required for execution)

Areas Involved

Living & dining area

4 bedrooms with attached toilets

Kitchen & utility

Pooja area

Home theater / entertainment space

Gym and terrace areas

Deliverables

Mood boards / design concepts

High-quality 3D views

Material & finish specifications

Basic execution drawings (optional, can be discussed)

Requirements

Proven experience in residential interior design (preferably villas / independent homes)

Strong portfolio with similar projects

Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar tools

Good understanding of Indian materials and execution practicality

Clear communication and ability to meet timelines

Location

Project location: Bengaluru

Designer can work remotely, but experience with Indian residential projects is preferred

Budget

Open to discussion (fixed cost / per sq.ft / per room basis)
