Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm seeking an experienced architect or drafter to create construction drawings for permitting of an extension to my ground-floor living space. The project is already under roof originally permitted as a covered porch built to be enclosed in the future. The re-permitting to make it an enclosed space requires more detailed drawings for plan review. My existing drawings where created in SketchUp and I am looking for support creating a county specific set of plans.
Here are the essentials:
- Develop detailed construction drawings

Ideal skills:
- Proficiency in design software (SketchupPro/Sketchup Layout, AutoCAD, Revit)
