Traditional Home Design with Features

I’m planning a new residential build and need complete architectural design work carried out in a classic, traditional style. The concept must comfortably incorporate three key elements I’ve already settled on: a welcoming balcony that connects naturally to the main living space, a statement fireplace as the interior focal point, and an integrated garden area that feels like an extension of the house rather than a separate after-thought.
I’m looking for a designer who can translate those ideas into clear construction-ready documents. Ideally you’ll work in your preferred CAD suite—AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or SketchUp are all fine with me—so long as the resulting files are editable and suitable for handing off to local contractors and permitting authorities.
Deliverables
– Floor plans, elevations and sections showing the balcony, fireplace and garden relationships
– 3D exterior and interior renderings that capture the traditional aesthetic and material palette
– A concise material and finishes schedule so I can begin early cost estimates
– Source files in their native format plus exported PDFs
