Traditional Home Architecture Design -- 2

I’m planning a single-family residence and now need the full architectural design completed in a clearly Traditional style. The scope covers everything from the initial concept through the drawing set I will hand to my local engineer and builder.

Here’s what I expect to receive:
• Conceptual massing studies that lock in the overall footprint and roof form
• Scaled floor plans, elevations, and sections detailed enough for permitting
• A simple 3D model or a few exterior renderings so I can visualise proportions and materials before we finalise the drawings

I work comfortably with DWG or RVT files, so please prepare the project in AutoCAD, Revit, or a comparable BIM/CAD tool that exports cleanly to those formats. PDF sheets for easy review are also essential.
