Traditional 2-3 Bedroom House Plans
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am looking for a draftsperson to create house plans for a 3 bedroom cape style home.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCad or a compatible software
- Experience drawing residential structures
- Some knowledge of building regulations and standards
- Strong communication skills for discussing revisions and ideas
I am a NYS profession engineer and have several projects. I do not have time to draw as I have a construction business as well but can provide structural sizing and guide the process. I'd like to find someone who I can work with so I can take on more of these projects as I have to turn down many because of lack of time.
