Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD
I'm seeking a professional architect or a construction planner to design traditional-style residential house plans. The house is intended to be built in Nova Scotia and must comply with our local building codes.
Key Requirements:
- Design for a traditional-style house with over four bedrooms, specifically tailored to my needs.
- Inclusion of a basement and guest room in the plans.
- Adherence to local Nova Scotia building codes.
- Proficiency in modern architectural software and tools.
- Previous experience in designing traditional-style homes.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of Nova Scotia building codes.
