Traditional Bedroom Addition

I need a skilled engineer to add a traditional-style living space to my clients home. They want it to be a livable space where a garage would be, and the building itself will be 20x25 to attach to the existin structure. The bottom of roof line is 10' to grade, and 14' at the peak. We want to make existing home conditions.

I need a breakout of just the living garage of the 20'x25', and a breakout of the washer & dryer which would be an additional 25' x 7' out the back of the unit.
