Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a comprehensive site plan for a 56-acre development. This project will involve 35 acres of traditional-style commercial space, and the remaining acreage will be developed into a residential area.
Key components of the residential area will include:
- Townhomes occupying approximately 4 acres
- 4,000 sq ft lots
- 5,000 sq ft lots
- Some 6,000 sq ft lots
The plan should also include a road layout designed in a curvilinear pattern, which is preferred over a grid pattern or cul-de-sac focus.
In terms of amenities, the residential area will feature parks and playgrounds.
Ideal skills and experience for this job:
- Proficiency in site planning and master planning
- Experience with traditional-style commercial design
- Knowledge of residential development
- Expertise in curvilinear road layout design
- Ability to incorporate parks and playgrounds into a site plan.
