Trade Show Site Supervisor Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm in need of a Mid-level Site Supervisor for an upcoming Trade Show. The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in overseeing booth setup, managing vendor relations, and coordinating the event schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Booth Setup: Ensuring all booths are set up in a timely and efficient manner.
- Managing Vendor Relations: Maintaining clear communication and good relations with all vendors.
- Coordinating Event Schedule: Keeping the event on track and addressing any timing issues.
- Overseeing the setup and use of all technical and support equipment.
- Coordinating with the event team to ensure all tasks are completed effectively.
- Ensuring all safety standards and regulations are met throughout the event.
- Preparing and implementing emergency response plans in case of unforeseen situations.
- Ensuring exhibitors meet the quality and aesthetic standards required for the trade show.
- Providing training and orientation to the event staff and volunteers.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in trade shows is a must.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.
The trade show will last 10 days. The Site Supervisor will be managing a team of 1 staff or volunteers. Exhibition stall fabrication in various exhibitions held every month. Candidates should have an event management certification. The trade show is focused on the architecture and interior design industry. Autocad, Strong Communication, and Labours management. The Site Supervisor will need to be involved in pre-event planning activities. The Site Supervisor will manage 5 booths. The Site Supervisor will be involved in labor management and production of every part which is designed in the booth during pre-event planning activities. The site supervisor will receive technical support during the event.
Note : Candidate stay in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai area
