Townhouse Layout Modifications in AutoCAD
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm seeking a professional in AutoCAD to assist in generating two sets of 3 floor+ external area for townhouse layouts. The first set will represent the 'as built' layout prior to modifications, and the second set will reflect structural changes made to the original design.
Key Requirements:
- Produce two sets of layouts: one before modifications and another after.
- Deliver both sets in non-locked AutoCAD/PDF format.
- Utilize local residential building standards for design and modifications consider the house precast panels.
The process will involve:
- Working from sketches I provide for the 'as built' layout including all detailsand dimensions.
- Incorporating structural changes as lay out level not calculation level ,that will be marked on the first set of layouts, to develop the second layout.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive experience with AutoCAD and producing building layouts.
- A strong understanding of local residential building codes.
- An ability to accurately translate sketches into digital layouts.
