Town Map conversion or export to editable auto-cad

I am looking for someone who can convert or export our town map into an editable AutoCAD format. The current format of the town map is either PDF, JPG or PNG. I am open to suggestions regarding the specific requirements for the exported AutoCAD file. However, I only need a clean conversion without any additional layers or annotations added. The ideal candidate should have experience in converting or exporting maps to AutoCAD format.
