Title Block Creation in AutoCAD

I am currently in need of an experienced AutoCAD designer to create a well-crafted title block. The project requires specific skills in AutoCAD, a keen eye for detail and a massive understanding of layout design.
For this title block:
- The information to include are the client name, client contact information, date, and the revision number.
- It should be formatted in a horizontal layout.
- The design should be minimalist and simple.
The ideal candidate would have a proven track record in layout design and have demonstrable skills in using AutoCAD for similar projects. Being able to work within tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality work is a must.
