Title Block Creation

Need to create a 24x36 Dynamic Title Block (DWT File) for Architectural Drawings using provided logo. Block needs to be intelligent to understand what page it is, and reference the name of the autocad tab in the block. Also needs to have the following information:

- Logo
- Notes
- Sheet Name (Referenced to autocad tab)
- Address
- Client
- Scale
- Date
- Sheet Number (referenced to actual sheet number
- Bar Scale
- North Arrow Compass
