Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Small 36sqm house - no outdoor area. Celing height 240cm. Roof can be developed as a garden/outdoor space. Supporting beams/poles cannot be removed - otherwise other INTERNAL walls and space can be redeveloped e.g. bathroom plumbing etc. can be moved.
If possible would be more ecomomical to keep windows and door the way they are now - but open to ideas if need to changes e.g. move door.
2D fine.
2 person home. Small basic cooking facilities only. European lifestyle.
