I am looking for a skilled architect or designer who can create detailed plans for a small tiny home. The plans need to be designed specifically for a particular location.
Design Brief
Upper + Lower Floor Plans
Roof Plan
Elevations
2 x Building Sections
3D visualization (Still images - Revit)
External material selections & Window + Door schedules electrical & plumbing schedules
Conceptual Visulisation
Material, finishes and colour selections/schedule
Cabinetry Plans
Skills and Experience:
- experience in Tin home design on wheels
Architectural design expertise in creating small, space-efficient homes on wheels
- Proficiency in using CAD software to create detailed floor plans
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations for the specified location
- Experience in designing structures using steel materials
- Ability to incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable design principles
- Strong communication skills to understand and incorporate my preferences and requirements into the plans
Materials:
- The preferred choice of materials for this project is steel. The designer should have experience working with steel and be able to provide recommendations for the best use of steel in the construction of the tiny home.
If you have a passion for designing innovative, functional, and sustainable tiny homes and possess the skills and experience mentioned above, I would love to hear from you. Please provide examples of your previous work in this field.
